US DIGITIAL MEDIA, INC. warrants to the original end user that its products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover damage to the product(s) any failure or defect caused by any third party product or component nor damage as a result of improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, normal wear and tear, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
In the event of a warranty claim, US Digital Media's sole obligation shall be replacement of the hardware. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in this warranty statement, US Digital Media will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials. Repaired or replacement products will be provided by US Digital Media on an exchange basis. Such products will be either new or recertified. All of our recertified products are tested to ensure that they offer the same functionality as a new product. If US Digital Media is unable to repair or replace the product, a credit or refund for the current value of the product will be provided.
Product Lifetime Warranty
Products listed above are covered by this warranty for the life of the product. This limited warranty applies only to the original end user of the product for as long as they own the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable.

Requirements for Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, first, customers must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) prior to returning any item. To obtain an RMA#, contact us. Once you submit the completed form, the RMA# will be sent to the email address provided within 24 to 48 hours. For assistance, please contact our Customer Service department at (877) 992-3766.
After an RMA# is obtained, you must return the defective product to US Digital Media. Re-box all returns in appropriate shipping cartons and send the products to: US Digital Media, 1929 W Lone Cactus Dr, Phoenix, AZ, 85027, United States. All returns must have the complete RMA# prominently displayed on the shipping label in order to be received into our warehouse. If the RMA# is not visible, your shipment may be refused. We ask that you include the product information, a detailed description of the problem(s), and proof of the original purchase. Proof of the original purchase is required in order to receive warranty coverage and service.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to US Digital Media. The customer agrees to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the returned products during shipment. When returning product, we require the use of a carrier that can track and insure packages. Repaired or replacement product will be shipped at US Digital Media's expense.
The above statement is the complete warranty for products listed above and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written. Except as expressly defined above, no other warranties are made with respect to US Digital Media products. US Digital Media disclaims all warranties not stated herein, including any warranty that may exist under national, state, provincial or local law including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties, whether expressed or implied, are limited to the conditions of use described above.
US Digital Media products are not authorized for use as critical components in applications in which the failure or malfunction of the products would create a situation where personal injury or death can occur. US Digital Media shall not be liable for the death of any person or any loss, injury or damage to persons or property by use of products in applications including, without limitation and by way of example, medical and life-support systems, military or military-related equipment, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems and commercial or private transportation systems.
US Digital Media's total liability under this or any other warranty, expressed or implied, is limited to repair, replacement or refund. In no event will US Digital Media's liability exceed the amount paid by the end user for the product. To the full extent permitted by law, US Digital Media shall not be liable to the purchaser or end user of a US Digital Media product for any damages, expenses, lost data, lost revenues, lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use a US Digital Media product, even if US Digital Media has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Repair, replacement or refunds are the sole and exclusive remedies for breach of warranty or any other legal theory.
Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the exclusion of implied warranties or time limitations, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
